BARRINGTON LEVY CALLS FOR PEACE IN PARADISE

These are the infamous words of a Reggae Legend who has been calling for peace on the island of Jamaica.

The legendary superstar BARRINGTON LEVY is on the forefront of the struggle to bring attention to the tragic violence that plagues the island nation.

Barrington's consistently uplifting lyrics are a reminder to us all that united we must stand in order to combat negativity and evil that surrounds us in this life.

Barrington, originally from Kingston Jamaica, has been a leader in the reggae industry and has built a reputation on bringing peace to his community and uplifting those around him. The Jamaican Observer reported on Tuesday that "we now live in a society that accepts as normal the blatant disregard for the law and respect for the rights of others - a society in which it is considered good to be bad and bad to be good. It has to stop."

Barrington Levy is a good role model in times when so many individuals in the entertainment industry are not. His lyrics inspire us to strive to be citizens of our community, proud to be united in our stand for peace. This quote is from Barrington's new tune "Paradise" off of his new album "It's About Time" that will be released later this year. Mr. Levy is set to tour this summer to spread a message of peace and unity for all and to promote his new album.
